A medical check-up is a preventive basic medical examination in the context of your global medical record (GMD) where your doctor determines which examination is necessary to obtain a good health picture.

Completing forms requires information and time. That is why you should also come for consultation for this.

Eg: Prescriptions for medication, physiotherapy, medical imaging, speech therapy, referral dietitian, podiatrist, ...
Disability certificate in case of illness, emergency leave (family), sports certificate, health certificate for work, breastfeeding certificate, etc.
PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE
More time is needed for psychological advice (e.g. depression, burnout, etc.) than for a normal consultation. As a result, these must be requested by telephone and can no longer be booked via the online agenda.

Note: These are mainly supported conversations and do not replace the psychologist/psychiatrist.
